Yukon Soccer Association is excited to invite athletes to try out for futsal for the Arctic Winter Games 2026.

AWG Trial Information 

Dates: November 15 & 16, 2025
Location: Whitehorse- St. Francis of Assisi School, Large Gym

*Tentative Schedule*

Saturday November 15 12:00-5:00pm
12:00-1:10pm| U16 Boys
1:15-2:25pm| U16 Girls
2:30-3:40pm| U18 Boys
3:45-4:55pm| U18 Girls

Sunday November 16 8:00-1:00pm
8:00-9:10am| U16 Boys
9:15-10:25am| U16 Girls
10:30-11:40am| U18 Boys
11:45-12:55pm| U18 Girls

Athletes are expected to attend both days if invited back for day two.

Participants and Age Classes:

  • Male U16 – born 2010 & 2011. Athletes born in 2012 are also eligible to tryout.
  • Female U16 – born 2010 & 2011. Athletes born in 2012 are also eligible to tryout.
  • Male U18 – born 2008 & 2009
  • Female U18 – born 2008 & 2009

Yukon Soccer Association is now accepting applications for coaching positions with Team Yukon Futsal at the Arctic Winter Games 2026, hosted in Whitehorse! This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Yukon on one of the biggest northern sport stages and more importantly support the development of young athletes.
